I was a little nervous because I needed the dress by a certain day, but it actually showed up exactly when they said it would. The tracking updated along the way, which made it easy to keep an eye on, and everything was in the package when it arrived. No delays, no missing items, just a smooth delivery. That was enough for 5 stars from me.

The dress looked nice overall, but the length was definitely not made for someone my height lol. I’m 5’5 and even with heels on, it was still dragging on the floor.

I ended up having to pay extra to get it hemmed, which was kind of annoying. It might work great if you’re taller, but for me it just didn’t fit the way I expected.

The dress arrived really nicely stitched, and my first thought was, okay, the seams actually look clean. I did notice one loose thread near the zip, which made me pause for a second, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the craftsmanship feels good.

I mean, I was actually happy with this dress. The fabric feels really soft, you know, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. Like, it just feels nicer than I expected, so yeah, I’m glad I got it

The dress itself was cute, so I’ll give them that, but ordering from luxedress.com was kind of annoying because the price didn’t feel very clear while I was shopping.

I saw one price at first, then by the time I got to checkout with shipping and whatever extra charges, it was noticeably higher than I expected. Maybe the info was technically there somewhere, but I don’t love having to slow down and patiently hunt for every little detail like it’s my job.
I’m fine paying a fair price if it’s just shown upfront. The whole thing left me feeling a bit irritated and not that excited about the order anymore.

The dress itself looked really nice, but the custom sizing was way off. I sent in my measurements thinking it would make things simple, and somehow it ended up fitting all wrong. It feels like something that should’ve been easy got turned into a hassle.

The only downside was that it took longer than I expected for the new dress to actually ship out. Not a bad experience at all, just wish the updates were a bit clearer along the way

The site was easy to use, I liked the dress filters a lot and checkout was quick enough. A couple pages were kinda slow loading on my phone, but not a huge deal or anything. overall it was a good experience
