I wish I could give this company a minus 1 for defective product and misleading consumers. I ordered a mini dress ($169) in size 2XL I wear a size 12 but the size chart showed that a 2XL will fit etc. Received the dress and the size was at least FIVE sizes smaller..I'm not exaggerating. Now. I received the dress from a US address as stated on the packing slip BUT was notified via email (when I requested a Return Merchandise Address) to return to China because their warehouse has relocated and no staff is on-site to accept packages etc. FYI. I just received the dress a few days ago from the warehouse. The dresses are not US size acceptable and you definitely will be disappointed! WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Highly Recommend Luxedress!! The owner runs her business INCREDIBLY WELL!! From the info on the sites as a guide to ensure proper measurements, to customer service from start to finish, but the products are by far the star of the show! They sell high quality clothing that is just simply BEAUTIFUL! 💖💖💖💖💖💖

Dress they sent was not what I ordered , bad quality clothing , inaccurate sizing this place is a scam !!!

Seriously bad quality. The fabric is cheap
and the sizing is way off. We ordered a medium which would be a small in the US

If I could give a zero rating I would. This operation should be shut down. The sizing of the clothing is way off. Do not order the pearl blazer. The quality is poor and the color and design was terribly faded, nothing like what's pictured on the site. Refund policy is horrible! Money wasted. There is no where to leave a review on their site, quite telling.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/4 and it is now 10 days later and the shoes have yet to be shipped. The correspondences have been very unprofessional and cannot give an eta. Literally the last message I received from their team was stating that my shoes will be shipping “around the weekend” and the last email stated that they’d be shipped “early this week”. Never again.

I ordered a sweater on Jan 20. Today is Feb 4 and other than the order confirmation, I have received no updates despite two emails to customer service. I’m planning to enlist PayPal’s help for a refund.

I’m in love. The sizing is very accurate; it looks fantastic on the body. I highly recommend it. Also, the designs are fun and something that you don’t see everywhere. Gorgeous and great quality! At first I was confused why they didn't allow me to order two sizes of the same item. They told me there were a lot of mean and greedy clients who would ruin the clothes and return them to Luxedress when they didn't get refunded. I feel the same because I am a shop owner, too. Customer service is so sincere. I can feel they are always thinking about me. One thing I am not satisfied with is that they do not offer expedited shipping! Guys, you'd better allow a half month for your order. Especially for the shoes, all of them are handmade!! They are difficult to come by!

Sent back couple of items and asked for few in exchange they sent me couple and said that one of them was out of stock but would be sent As soon as they had it, and they never did, after months I emailed them asking for it and they keep finding excuses to not send the rest of what I was supposed to receive.
